Job summary

Greenstone is seeking an HRIS Manager to own Dayforce end-to-end, including administration, configuration and security. You’ll drive enhancements, manage releases and lead international implementations, acting as the trusted HRIS authority across the group.

You’ll work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into Dayforce solutions, shape platform usage and deliver tangible value while supporting ongoing digital transformation across geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ HRIS management experience, including Dayforce.
• Experience implementing or administering Dayforce Position Management and Security.
• Strong Dayforce Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management and Reporting skills.
• Proven ownership of Dayforce releases, testing and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Own Dayforce administration, configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Lead Dayforce enhancements, releases, integrations and international implementations.
• Own Dayforce Position Management and support org structures.
• Govern Dayforce roles, security and data privacy.
• Take ownership of incidents, support tickets and complex technical issues.
• Partner with HR to translate business needs into Dayforce solutions.
• Lead HRIS projects and continually improve Dayforce value.
