Job summary

Greenstone-Financial-Services seeks an HRIS Manager who will own Dayforce end-to-end across the group. You will optimise usage, influence future developments and lead enhancements and implementations as we expand into new geographies.

Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, you will guide configuration, security, releases, and complex issues while driving HRIS projects and partnering with HR to translate business needs into Dayforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ HRIS management experience with Dayforce.
• Experience implementing or administering Dayforce Position Management and Security features.
• Strong Dayforce Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management and Reporting knowledge.
• Experience leading HRIS projects and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Dayforce environment across Greenstone.
• Lead Dayforce enhancements, release testing and integrations.
• Manage Dayforce Position Management and organisational structures.
• Govern Dayforce security and data privacy.
• Lead HRIS projects and support international implementations.
• Collaborate with HR to translate requirements into Dayforce solutions.
