Job summary

The Living Company is modernising its People Technology stack by consolidating HR, payroll and workforce management onto a single Dayforce platform across Aveo, Scape and RTL Co. You will be hands-on from design through to training, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term platform health.

You will partner with implementation partners and internal HR/People teams to drive simplification, automation and a clear future roadmap for the platforms supporting thousands of employees.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting HR/payroll/workforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle HR/payroll processes.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience delivering tech projects with implementation partners.
• Knowledge of application controls and access security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of HR, payroll and workforce management onto a single Dayforce platform across TLC brands.
• Configure and implement Dayforce end-to-end including design, data migration, testing, cutover and training.
• Decommission legacy payroll/workforce platforms.
• Own ongoing health, configuration, and roadmap for Dayforce and related platforms.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes across the lifecycle.
• Manage vendor relationships with Dayforce and other technology providers.
• Oversee user access, security roles and segregation of duties.
