As our HRIS Manager, you will be Greenstone’s Dayforce expert, with genuine end-to-end ownership of the system across our group. You’ll have the scope to optimise how we use Dayforce today, influence what comes next and lead enhancements and implementations as we continue to evolve and expand.
Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, this is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being close to the technology while also having the autonomy and influence that comes with being the organisation’s trusted HRIS authority.
You’ll work across configuration, security, releases, position management, system enhancements and complex technical issues, while also leading HRIS projects and supporting the implementation of Dayforce in new geographies.
