Full-suite Dayforce ownership | HRIS leadership

Own it. Shape it. Make an impact.

If you know Dayforce inside out and want the opportunity to truly own and shape a full-suite environment, this could be the role for you.

As our HRIS Manager, you will be Greenstone’s Dayforce expert, with genuine end-to-end ownership of the system across our group. You’ll have the scope to optimise how we use Dayforce today, influence what comes next and lead enhancements and implementations as we continue to evolve and expand.

Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, this is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being close to the technology while also having the autonomy and influence that comes with being the organisation’s trusted HRIS authority.

You’ll work across configuration, security, releases, position management, system enhancements and complex technical issues, while also leading HRIS projects and supporting the implementation of Dayforce in new geographies.

What makes this opportunity exciting?

This is more than a role maintaining an established HR system. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Own the full Dayforce environment and be the teams go‑to expert.
  • Shape how we use the platform, identifying opportunities to improve, simplify and get more value from Dayforce.
  • Lead what comes next, from enhancements and integrations to new implementations.
  • Work internationally, partnering with teams across the Greenstone group and supporting Dayforce expansion into new geographies.
  • Combine your technical Dayforce expertise with genuine influence, working with stakeholders across HR and the wider business.
What you’ll do
  • Be the driving force behind our Dayforce environment – owning its administration, configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement across Greenstone.
  • Shape what comes next – leading Dayforce enhancements, release testing, business‑process changes, integrations and international implementation projects.
  • Own Dayforce Position Management and help ensure our organisational structures and processes are effectively supported by the system.
  • Govern Dayforce roles, security and authorisations, while maintaining strong standards across data integrity, access, privacy and regulatory compliance.
  • Take ownership of incidents, support tickets and complex technical issues, ensuring problems are understood and resolved effectively.
  • Partner with the HR team to understand reporting and system requirements and translate business needs into effective Dayforce solutions.
  • Lead HRIS projects and continually look for opportunities to improve the experience and value Dayforce delivers to our people and our business.
What you’ll bring

This is a role for a genuine Dayforce specialist. You’ll bring substantial recent, hands‑on experience across the Dayforce full suite and be comfortable being the person others turn to for deep system expertise.

Ideally, you’ll have:
  • At least five years’ HRIS management experience, including a minimum of three years of substantial hands‑on Dayforce experience.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or administering Dayforce Position Management and Security features.
  • Advanced capability across Dayforce configuration, business processes, security, data management and reporting.
  • Strong experience with Dayforce Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management and Reporting.
  • Demonstrated ownership of Dayforce releases, testing, ticket resolution and system enhancements.
  • Strong HRIS project‑management experience, including integrations and/or new‑module implementations.
  • An excellent understanding of HR processes, data governance, privacy, security and audit requirements.

Most importantly, you’ll enjoy taking ownership. You’ll be someone who likes solving complex problems, improving how things work, working at pace and using your expertise to make a tangible difference.
