Vicinity Limited is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to own and optimise Workday across the organisation. You will drive governance, upgrades, and enhancements, translating business needs into practical HRIS solutions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value.

With 4+ years of Workday administration and a proven track record in HR data analytics, governance and project delivery, you will shape secure, user-focused HR technology and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering, optimising and leading a Workday environment.
• Demonstrated HRIS leadership experience, governance, enhancements and release management.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple business functions.
• Experience delivering HR technology projects with planning and capacity management.
• Workday certifications across HCM, reporting and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing administration, governance and optimisation of Workday as the functional owner.
• Plan and deliver system enhancements, releases, upgrades and maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into practical HRIS solutions and partner with stakeholders.
• Support capability development and knowledge sharing within the team.
