Job summary

Indigenous Wellbeing Centre seeks a Data Quality Lead to design, build and maintain integrated data systems ensuring a trusted single source of truth for service delivery, workforce, community and financial information.

The role strengthens data capability, enabling accurate reporting, analytics and evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. You will work with ICT and multiple departments to improve data governance and reporting usability.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering, BI development or analytics infrastructure.
• Strong SQL, ETL and dashboard skills.
• Proven experience implementing data quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise data models, metadata, data definitions and data dictionaries.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and reproducibility across reporting.
• Design, develop and maintain automated dashboards and scheduled reports.
• Implement data quality monitoring processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support analytics, evaluation and reporting with reliable datasets.
• Integrate datasets across multiple systems (clinical, workforce, service delivery, financial).
• Collaborate with teams to enable data-driven decision making.
