Job summary

Adelaide PHN is seeking a Data Governance, Quality and Information Management Coordinator to strengthen governance, data quality, privacy and information security across the organisation. You will implement and improve governance frameworks, coordinate audits, maintain ISMS alignment with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and support continuous improvement in information management and responsible data use.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in information management, governance, quality management, business, data management, risk, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating governance, compliance, risk or quality systems.
• Experience supporting ISO-certified management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance, quality and information management systems, registers, artefacts and supporting documentation.
• Provide advice to staff and governance roles to apply responsibilities under frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Prepare audit evidence, governance reporting, action registers and continuous improvement activities.
• Support ISMS maintenance and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 alignment.
• Contribute to data governance, privacy and information ethics initiatives.
