Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Manager – Data and Analytics to drive enterprise data strategy, governance and analytics. You will lead the Data & Analytics team, oversee cloud data services, data integration and governance tooling while shaping a data-informed culture across the organisation.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong knowledge of data governance and modern data technologies, and a proven track record delivering data-driven outcomes for improved services and

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data, analytics or technology with budget and people management
• Strong governance, modelling, integration, analytics, reporting and insights
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data technologies (Azure, Fabric, Purview)
• Advanced Power BI knowledge including enterprise administration and governance
• Proven SDLC and project delivery skills
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field; vaccination and probity checks as required
• Driver's license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data, analytics and AI strategy across the organisation
• Establish data governance, privacy, quality and ethical frameworks
• Drive opportunities in analytics, forecasting, AI and automation
• Define and manage the enterprise data platform and governance tooling
• Develop data products, reporting solutions and decision-support capabilities
• Foster a data-informed culture through stakeholder engagement and education
• Provide leadership, mentoring and development for the Data & Analytics team
