Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a skilled Data & Integration Developer to join the Decision Support team across Melbourne’s growing outer north campuses. You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and integrations to ensure trusted, secure, and accessible data for reporting and operational use.

Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to enable AI-assisted analytics by structuring and governing data for responsible use in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting data warehouse and integration solutions with strong SQL.
• Ability to build well-governed data foundations enabling trusted reporting, integration, and AI‑assisted data use.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset to support data issues and platform improvements.
