Qualifications

• Experience leading Data, Analytics or Technology teams with budget and people management.
• Strong governance, modelling, integration, analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Expertise with cloud data platforms (Azure) and modern data technologies.
• Advanced Power BI knowledge, including administration and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data, analytics and AI strategy and governance frameworks.
• Oversee data platform architecture, cloud services and governance tooling.
• Develop data products, reporting solutions and decision-support capabilities.
• Champion data literacy and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
• Provide leadership and development for the Data & Analytics team.
