Job summary

HBF Health Limited in Perth is seeking a Change Lead for Data Modernisation to plan, manage, and drive the people side of technology change across the organisation. You will work with project teams, leadership, and end users to maximise adoption and realise benefits from data, analytics, governance, and platform uplift.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, governance, and readiness activities, coordinating across Tableau Cloud migration, Snowflake Cortex enablement, and data pipeline uplift,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading medium to highly complex change initiatives across technology transformation and business transformation.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver change management plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate organisational preparedness for system implementations and process changes.
• Identify change impacts and readiness across the HBF landscape.
• Define adoption objectives aligned with project outcomes.
• Establish change governance, reporting, and success measures.
• Conduct impact assessments for stakeholders and processes.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and influence decision-makers.
• Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Design communications that articulate purpose, benefits, and impacts.
