Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the mobilisation and delivery of the Data Modernisation Program, helping our people and leaders prepare for, adopt and embed new data capabilities and ways of working.

This is a specified-term, full-time role with flexible/hybrid options across CSIRO sites. You will partner with program teams, senior leaders and delivery partners to ensure voice of impacted people informs planning and solution design.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience in large, complex organisations.
• Ability to plan and execute engagement, communications and learning activities.
• Proven track record delivering digital transformation change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program governance activities, agendas, papers and decisions.
• Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies for the Data Modernisation Program.
• Prepare program reporting and maintain records for transparency and auditability.
• Support benefits tracking, financial reporting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders and SMEs to align outcomes.
