Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking a Data & Insights Lead to shape how marketing data and analytics drive smarter decisions and growth. You will craft an integrated analytics roadmap, align data initiatives with business goals, and partner with Marketing, Sales, CX and Finance to connect activity with commercial outcomes.

You’ll build dashboards, advance reporting capabilities, and apply predictive analytics to optimise spend and pipeline, while guiding workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing data analytics and reporting.
• Proficient with Salesforce ecosystem and BI tools.
• Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modelling and predictive analytics.
• Ability to build dashboards translating data into insights.
• Experience delivering cross-channel marketing performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a marketing reporting roadmap aligned to growth targets.
• Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud upgrade and reporting enhancements.
• Build dynamic dashboards for unified marketing performance views.
• Analyse campaigns, trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Automate reporting across Salesforce, GA4 and other BI tools.
• Apply predictive analytics to optimise spend and pipeline.
• Lead workshops and influence decisions with data insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CX and Finance to tie activity to outcomes.
