Job summary

MyState Limited is seeking a Growth & Retention Lead to design, execute and optimise customer growth and retention strategies across our national portfolio. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, Data and Customer teams to deepen relationships, grow balances and strengthen loyalty.

You’ll build personalised journeys, establish test-and-learn frameworks, translate data into action, and partner across the organisation to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and leading customer growth, retention or lifecycle marketing programs.
• Strong commercial and data acumen with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience using customer and behavioural data to drive engagement, retention and growth.
• A track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes through customer programs and campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across a broad range of business functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement growth and retention strategies across the customer base.
• Lead cross-sell, lifecycle and next-best-product initiatives.
• Oversee customer retention, win-back and churn prevention programs.
• Build personalised customer journeys across digital and owned channels.
• Establish test-and-learn frameworks to improve campaign performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver customer and commercial outcomes.
