Qualifications

• Experience leading or implementing data governance initiatives in complex environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, stewardship and governance principles.
• Experience introducing practical governance frameworks that balance control with business outcomes.
• Track record of improving data adoption and driving organisational change.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Previous leadership experience or the desire to mentor and develop others.
