Job summary

Sydney Trains is seeking a permanent, full‑time role at the Auburn Heavy Maintenance Centre (AHMC) in Auburn, NSW. You will develop maintenance plans that balance customer demand, operational priorities and available resources, and use data, dashboards and insights to support informed decisions.

You will work across Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to keep delivery on track while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills.
• Experience using SAP and data insights to track performance.
• Understanding Lean Principles and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative communicator with stakeholder relationships.
• Qualifications in logistics management or engineering, or equivalent experience.
