Job summary

Sydney Trains in Auburn, NSW, is seeking a Data and Planning Analyst to develop and maintain maintenance plans aligned with operational and customer requirements, while monitoring performance through dashboards and planned vs. actual reporting.

This is a permanent, full‑time on‑site role at AHMC. You will use data and insights to support informed decision‑making, work with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure material availability and cost efficiency, and cross‑train new schedulers

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, maintenance or project environments.
• Advanced Excel, SAP MRP, engineering BOMs and task list analysis.
• Strong communication and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance plans aligned with operational and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and planned vs. actual reporting.
• Support informed decision-making using data and insights; collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
