Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to lead nationwide security training across Victoria and New South Wales, supporting the National Account Manager to maintain a highly trained, compliant workforce across data centres.

You will develop a national training framework, implement a competency program, oversee compliance management, site audits, and deployment readiness, with ongoing reporting on risks and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience.
• Experience in security management, compliance, risk and workplace training.
• Experience with security audits and corrective actions.
• Experience in data centres or high-security environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a national security training framework.
• Implement a competency framework and coach guards.
• Oversee training compliance, licences and certifications.
• Manage site audits and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inductions and onboarding for new data centres.
• Provide regular reporting to the National Account Manager.
