Job summary

MSS Security in Australia is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, develop and deliver operational and accredited training for the guarding workforce and client stakeholders. You will coordinate a national training calendar, partner with local RTOs and coach colleagues in adult learning principles.

Based in the Queensland region with regular travel, you will manage multiple online learning systems and produce clear, professional learning materials while aligning with security industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of security, defence or similar industries.
• Strong administrative skills to develop learning materials that are professional in presentation and easy to use.
• Experience developing competency frameworks.
• Capacity to produce visually appealing, easy to interpret reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver operational and accredited training.
• Develop and maintain a national training calendar including partnerships with local RTOs.
• Develop client/site specific training tools and resources for delivery by staff.
• Coach and develop others in the application of adult learning concepts.
• Manage multiple online learning systems.
