Job summary

Michael Page Australia is seeking a Data Centres Segment Leader to drive the GTM strategy and own a key segment in the Australian market. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop customer relationships with data centre operators and consultants, and shape sales plans aligned with strategic priorities.

You will coordinate proposals, presentations, and product information for prospects, monitor market activity, and ensure accurate reporting of opportunities to support forward planning.

Qualifications

• Sales capability within the Data Centre segment in Australia, ideally with liquid cooling solutions.
• Experience developing customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Ability to understand project requirements and present relevant product or solution options.
• Confidence preparing proposals, presentations and customer-facing sales material.
• Strong commercial judgement when managing opportunities and sales priorities.
• Ability to work with internal teams to coordinate responses to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM strategy for a global market leader across cooling solutions.
• Opportunity to own a segment in a global business.
• Develop and implement sales plans for the data centres segment, aligned with business priorities and customer demand.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and other relevant industry contacts.
• Identify new sales opportunities and progress them through the sales process to support revenue outcomes.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions that address project and operational needs.
• Prepare and deliver clear sales presentations, proposals and product information for prospective customers.
• Monitor market activity within the data centres segment and use insights to inform sales planning.
• Work with internal sales and technical teams to coordinate customer enquiries, proposals and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity information to support reporting and forward planning.
