Michael Page is seeking a Data Centres Segment Leader for Australia, based in Melbourne. You will own the GTM and sales strategy for the data centres segment within a global cooling solutions business.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary, a car allowance and super. You will build relationships with customers and coordinate with internal teams to win opportunities and deliver tailored data centre solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Data Centre segment in Australia, ideally with liquid cooling solutions.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
• Ability to understand project requirements and present relevant product or solution options.
• Confidence in preparing proposals, presentations and customer-facing sales material.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for the data centres segment, aligned with business priorities and customer demand.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and other relevant industry contacts.
• Identify new sales opportunities and progress them through the sales process to support revenue outcomes.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions that address project and operational needs.
• Prepare and deliver clear sales presentations, proposals and product information for prospective customers.
• Monitor market activity within the data centres segment and use insights to inform sales planning.
• Work with internal sales and technical teams to coordinate customer enquiries, proposals and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity information to support reporting and forward planning.

• Ability to understand project requirements and present relevant product or solution options.
• Confidence preparing proposals, presentations and customer-facing sales material.
• Strong commercial judgement when managing opportunities and sales priorities.
• Ability to work with internal teams to coordinate responses to customer requirements.
