Job summary

Core Talent is partnering with a leading contractor on a large-scale data centre project in Western Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join a high-performing project team ASAP, initially for a 3–6 month contract with strong extension potential.

This role supports the project office with contract administration, document control, reporting, onboarding and general coordination across site teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or Project Coordinator within construction
• Strong knowledge of project administration processes on construction projects
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and strong document management capabilities
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy project team
• Experience working on commercial, infrastructure, data centre, or major construction projects will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and wider project team
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and project correspondence
• Manage project documentation, filing systems, and document control processes
• Assist with subcontractor and supplier administration
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and daywork records
• Support onboarding of new staff and subcontractors
• Maintain project registers, contact lists, and site records
• Coordinate office supplies, site requirements, and general project administration
• Assist with monthly reporting and data collection
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
