Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Administrator or Project Administrator role within civil, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Exposure to large-scale or technically complex projects (data centres, utilities, or major infrastructure highly regarded).
• Strong document control and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient across MS Office and project management/document control systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support to project and site teams.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, variations, registers, and correspondence.
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, compliance documentation, and tracking.
• Assist with procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records within project management systems.
• Support contract administration tasks alongside project engineers and commercial teams.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist with reporting, meeting minutes, and general project coordination.
