Job summary

Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site / Project Coordinator for major data centre projects in Western Sydney. Immediate start with an opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent for the right person.

You will support the project team with day-to-day administration and documentation on a busy site. Ideal candidates are organised, proactive and comfortable in a site-based construction environment, with experience in coordination, procurement and reporting using Procore,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site administration and project documentation.
• Proficient in Excel and project tracking tools.
• Experience with construction contractors or subcontractors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration for the Project and Site Teams.
• Manage project documentation, registers and reporting.
• Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination.
• Handle RFIs, transmittals, correspondence and project records.
• Support procurement, purchase orders and material deliveries.
• Coordinate site meetings, minutes and action items.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking milestones.
• Coordinate timesheets, site attendance and onboarding.
