Job summary

Mission Critical Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a fast-paced data centre project in Sydney. You will work closely with the project team, finalising DA documents for a 400MW facility and oversee contracts up to $200m with stakeholders.

On-site ownership and decisive decision-making are essential. You will also manage claims and variations, provide project management support, and assist with financials to keep the delivery on track.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial understanding of complex contracts for high-tech buildings.
• Experience on high-value construction projects.
• Site-based work experience and willingness to be onsite.
• Data centre experience is advantageous.
• Ability to take ownership and make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication skills to drive contractors to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Execute contracts with values up to circa $200m.
• Manage claims and contract variations from stakeholders.
• Provide project management support on the delivery team.
