Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a major data centre project in Western Sydney with a Tier 1 electrical contractor. You will play a key role in the commercial delivery of the electrical package, collaborating with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, site team, subcontractors and suppliers.

Your responsibilities include subcontract and supplier administration, variations and claims, progress claims review, cost tracking, forecasting, financial reporting, procurement

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts administration within construction or electrical contracting.
• Commercial mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Experience on major commercial/infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract and supplier administration
• Managing variations, claims and contractual correspondence
• Reviewing progress claims and assisting with monthly reporting
• Cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
• Supporting procurement and commercial negotiations
• Managing project documentation and commercial registers
• Working closely with the delivery team to identify and resolve commercial issues
