Leidos Australia is seeking a Project Manager – Data Centre Migration & Organisational Change to lead end-to-end migration planning across discovery, design, build, migration, cutover and hypercare, with a strong focus on organisational change and stakeholder readiness.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance, drive readiness criteria and go/no-go decisions, and ensure smooth operational handover, with eligibility for Baseline security clearance and Australian citizenship.

Competenze

• Experience managing complex data centre migrations or technology transition programs.
• Ability to integrate Organisational Change Management into delivery, including stakeholder analyses and readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation across technical, operational, business and executive audiences.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end data centre migration planning and delivery across discovery, design, build, migration, cutover, validation and hypercare.
• Integrate Organisational Change Management into migration delivery through stakeholder readiness activities and communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure teams and establish clear responsibilities, decision-making and escalation pathways.
• Oversee business and operational readiness, runbooks, knowledge transfer and transition into BAU operations.
• Maintain governance across scope, schedule, budget, RAID, dependencies and milestones with clear reporting.
