Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex delivery in a dynamic enterprise environment. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across technical, commercial, finance and leadership teams to meet contract obligations and delivery milestones.

You will manage a team of skilled professionals, foster strong customer relationships, ensure governance and budget controls, and escalate risks early to drive practical resolutions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management within complex environments.
• Experience leading, supporting and guiding technical teams with a focus on people management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail across project planning and delivery.
• Proven experience managing schedules, budgets and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities to navigate delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery, including activities, resources and governance.
• Lead, support and guide a team of skilled technical members and align with Leidos processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage contractual obligations.
• Oversee contract management activities including scope tracking and change requests.
• Deliver financial management and governance including budget tracking and reporting.
• Maintain artefacts such as resource plans, staffing trackers and governance materials.
