Leidos Australia is seeking a Project Manager – Data Centre Migration & Organisational Change to lead end-to-end migration planning and delivery. You will coordinate technical and business workstreams, manage stakeholders, and ensure readiness across infrastructure, processes and services.

The role emphasizes Organisational Change Management within technology delivery, and requires strong governance, risk management and executive reporting across multiple teams and vendors.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience managing complex data centre migrations, infrastructure transformation or technology transition programs.
• Experience incorporating Organisational Change Management into technology delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation across technical and business audiences.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end data centre migration planning and delivery across discovery, design, build, migration, cutover, validation and hypercare.
• Integrate Organisational Change Management into migration delivery through stakeholder readiness and change impact assessments.
• Build collaborative relationships across technical teams, application owners and vendors; establish responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Coordinate business and operational readiness, including validation, runbooks, knowledge transfer and transition to BAU.
• Maintain project governance across scope, schedule, budget, RAID and milestones with clear migration reporting.
