Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Project Manager for Data Centre Migration and Organisational Change to lead end-to-end migration activities. You will coordinate discovery through hypercare, manage stakeholders, and ensure readiness across technical and business teams to deliver secure, compliant transitions.

You will apply governance practices, manage dependencies, and report progress to executives while guiding teams through change and operational handover.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex data centre migrations and technology transition programs.
Ability to integrate Organisational Change Management into delivery, including stakeholder communications.
Strong governance, risk management and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data centre migration planning and delivery across discovery, design, build, migration, cutover, validation and hypercare.
Integrate Organisational Change Management into migration delivery and readiness activities.
Build collaborative relationships across technical teams, business operations and service management.
Coordinate business and operational readiness, including documentation, knowledge transfer and transition into BAU operations.
Maintain project governance with clear migration reporting and dashboards.
