Job summary

You will coordinate technical and business workstreams, drive change readiness, and ensure a smooth transition to BAU operations across infrastructure environments.

The role demands strong governance, stakeholder engagement and delivery of complex programs in a regulated setting. Applicants should have PMC/PRINCE2 familiarity and security clearance eligibility.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex data centre migrations.
• Experience embedding Organisational Change Management in delivery.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data centre migration planning and delivery across all phases.
• Incorporate Organisational Change into migration activities with readiness and communications.
• Foster collaboration across technical teams, business ops, and vendors.
• Coordinate business and operational readiness and runbooks for BAU transition.
• Provide governance and reporting on scope, schedule, budget and risks.
