Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Project Manager – Data Centre Migration & Organisational Change to lead end-to-end migration initiatives for government and defence sectors. You will manage discovery, design, build, migration, cutover, validation and hypercare, ensuring readiness across technical and business teams.

The role requires coordinating multi-discipline infrastructure teams, applying OCM practices, and delivering robust governance and executive reporting to achieve successful transitions

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data centre migrations and infrastructure transformation.
• Experience incorporating Organisational Change Management into technology delivery.
• Strong governance and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data centre migration planning and delivery across discovery, design, build, migration, cutover, validation and hypercare.
• Integrate Organisational Change Management into migration delivery with stakeholder analyses and readiness activities.
• Build collaborative relationships across technical teams, business operations, service management and vendors.
• Coordinate business and operational readiness, including validation, runbooks and transition into BAU.
• Maintain project governance across scope, schedule, budget, RAID and milestones with dashboards.
