Qualifications

• Qualification degree or DC vertical experience in engineering or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven sales experience and customer relationship management, preferably in HVAC or refrigeration.
• Excellent communication and people skills to build customer relationships.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Right to work in the country and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers in Data Center vertical and develop sales strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on DC cooling solutions and tailor equipment proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal codes of conduct and contribute to learning paths.
