We are currently seeking a Data Centre Sales Engineer to join our Core Data Centre team. This is a customer-facing technical sales role suited to an individual with an interest in data centre cooling solutions, system applications, and the requirements of mission-critical environments. The role would also be suitable for a Sales Engineer in Data Centre with few years experience or someone early in their career who is looking to build technical and commercial experience within the data centre sector.
Data Centre Sales Engineer supports the sales organization by helping to develop technically sound and commercially competitive solutions for customers in the data centre segment. Working closely with sales, application engineering, product teams, project teams, and service colleagues, the role helps ensure customer requirements are understood and translated into effective proposals and solution recommendations.
This role is not only about supporting sales opportunities. It is also about building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing a solid understanding of customer needs, contributing to high-quality technical and commercial communication, and growing knowledge of data centre cooling systems, controls, and applications over time.
