Job summary

Trane Thermo King Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking a Project Manager for Data Centre projects. You will coordinate internal teams, stakeholders and customers to deliver on time, within scope and to safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, managing risks, and ensuring effective communication across sales, engineering, factory, and service partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in data centre environments or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HVAC and industrial systems and their installation
• Excellent communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to meet milestones.
• Manage information flow, RFIs, and documentation to keep projects on track.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and factory/witness testing activities.
• Ensure site readiness and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to address scope changes.
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and manage risks.
