Tate Asia Pacific is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee data centre builds from planning through handover. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and to spec.

The role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Based in Melbourne, you will work on-site with cross-regional collaboration across Australia and APAC.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
Experience in data centre or critical infrastructure projects preferred.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for data centre builds.
Prepare and manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
