Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join on-site teams for hyperscale data centre delivery in Melbourne. You will oversee milestone readiness, interface management, and safety, coordinating with developers, GCs, and commissioning teams to achieve customer milestones.

You'll bring 8+ years in major construction, a relevant qualification, White Card, and strong leadership. prior experience in large-scale data centres and deep WHS knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ major construction management experience.
• Leadership experience representing customer/owner in major projects.
• Experience with hyperscale or large-scale data centre facilities.
• Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and safety management, including high-risk work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor milestone readiness and ensure Early Floor Access, Floor Access, and Ready for Service readiness.
• Interface management and coordination between customer, developer, GC, MEP and commissioning teams.
• Provide on-site leadership and primary point of contact for delivery parties.
• Track ITPs, NCRs and punch-lists; ensure proper completions documentation.
