Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years project management experience, preferably in a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams for medium/ high complexity construction projects.
• Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS is ideal.
• Fluent English with strong report and bid writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
• Ensure projects meet client objectives, on time, on cost and to required quality standards.
• Help establish project success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Identify and escalate quality, safety, health and environment issues to line management.
• Establish effective governance, processes and systems for use across the project.
• Prepare detailed project plans and regular progress reports.
• Coordinate with client and other consultants at all project stages.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable and uphold Turner & Townsend BMS requirements.
