Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director for its data centre team in Australia. You will lead a multi-disciplinary group to deliver projects from design through construction, ensuring time, cost, quality and safety targets are met and often exceeded.

You will interface with the client’s regional leadership and drive performance across pre and post contract delivery, with strong contract and controls experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering major projects and programmes.
• Experience as Project Director or Construction Director in PMC/EPCM/Construction Management or General Contractor.
• Experience with Quality, Health & Safety on construction sites.
• Understanding of project controls/methodology; able to manage schedules and direct others in P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary team delivering data centre projects from pre-contract through post-contract.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost, and to high standards of quality, safety and sustainability.
• Act as day-to-day client interface and drive performance to exceed client objectives.
