HammondCare is seeking a Data and AI Governance Analyst to support the organisation's data and AI governance framework. This role ensures data and AI are used safely, responsibly, and are usable across the organisation to enable analytics, reporting, and informed decision making in a mission-driven not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI, data governance, data quality, analytics or data management.
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows and lifecycle, including reporting and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Oversee Data and AI Governance Operations and assess risks across projects and systems.
• Develop templates and resources to support governance frameworks.
• Support data classification, privacy, and access principles implementation.
