HammondCare is seeking a Senior Data & AI Governance Analyst to oversee practical governance of data and AI across the organisation, ensuring safe, trusted, and compliant use of information in both care and corporate contexts.

You will partner with Technology, Risk, Legal and business stakeholders to embed governance controls, manage data lifecycles, and support decision‑making while minimising friction and overhead.

Formación

• Experience in Information Management, Records Management or Information Governance in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audits is required.
• Ability to manage data classifications, retention and destruction across physical and digital records.
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows and governance controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Data and AI Governance Operations: assess projects, systems and use cases for governance risk.
• Develop and maintain templates/resources for governance frameworks.
