HammondCare is seeking a Data and AI Governance Analyst to oversee governance operations and enable safe analytics and decision-making within a mission-driven, not-for-profit environment. The role collaborates with data owners, analysts and users to ensure responsible data use and to advance care outcomes.

You will contribute to building consistency, accuracy and accountability, focusing on practical governance and enabling teams across systems and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in AI, data governance, data quality, analytics or data management.
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows and lifecycle across systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Clear communication of data concepts to non-specialists.
• Experience in healthcare, aged care or not-for-profit environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with data privacy, information security, AI governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to data catalogues and analytics platforms.
