Randstad Pty is seeking a D365 Developer/Administrator in Melbourne to design, develop, and deliver high-impact digital solutions and marketing capabilities. You will drive hands-on D365 development, build Power Platform solutions, and collaborate with marketing and business teams to achieve strategic digital goals.

You will work with stakeholders and vendors to deliver platform enhancements while ensuring governance and smooth deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production.

Qualificações

• Hands-on D365 development within Dynamics 365 CRM and customer journey environments.
• Power Apps & Power Platform experience.
• SharePoint Online exposure and M365 collaboration tools.
• Vendor engagement with third-party technology partners.
• Knowledge of cloud-based integrations, web CMS platforms, and deployment processes across Dev/UAT/Production.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on D365 development and enhancements across Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights/Journeys.
• Lead vendor engagement with external partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, guiding internal teams with technical support and strategic application guidance.
• Oversee governance, coordinating Wave updates, testing, and deployments across environments.

Employment Type: Full-time Matnernity Leave Contract (12 months)

Overview:
Opportunity to join a leading professional services organisation to design, develop, and deliver high-impact digital solutions and marketing campaign capabilities. In this role, you will play a central part in enhancing the firm's client-facing systems by driving hands-on D365 development, building custom Power Platform solutions, and working closely with marketing and business teams to achieve their strategic digital goals.

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated experience with hands-on D365 development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and customer journey environments.
• Power Apps & Power Platform experience
• Experience with HTML or CSS desirable
• Experience with StoryBlok desirable
• Practical SharePoint Online exposure and experience supporting M365 collaboration tools.
• Proven stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated vendor engagement experience, liaising and collaborating effectively with third-party technology partners.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based integrations, web CMS platforms, and structured deployment processes across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.

• Internal: Business Solutions Manager, Marketing & BD Teams, IT & Digital Leadership, Key Stakeholders.
• External: Technology Vendors and Third-Party Solution Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on D365 development and continuous enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights/Journeys.
• Lead vendor engagement by liaising and collaborating with external partners to resolve technical issues and deliver platform enhancements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, partnering with internal teams to provide technical guidance, training, and strategic application support.
• Oversee system governance, coordinating Microsoft Wave updates, testing, and deployment cycles across Dev, UAT, and Production.
