About the Roles

We are currently seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers and Power Platform Developers to join several leading organisations based in Perth, WA. These are hybrid contract opportunities offering the chance to work on large-scale transformation and modernisation programs within the public and private sectors.

As a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You’ll collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
• Design and build solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and data sources using Dataverse, Azure, and API-based integrations.
• Participate in full SDLC activities: requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing solutions to improve performance and user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with architectural standards and business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and support guides.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions desirable.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Microsoft environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly regarded.
