Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment seeks a D365 Customer Engagement Developer to support and extend a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment in Melbourne. The role focuses on integration, automation, and development, with a hands-on approach to delivering solutions.

Responsibilities include building integrations between Canvas LMS and D365 CE using Power Automate, APIs and webhooks, plus developing and supporting existing D365 components.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development and customization experience.

• Proficient in Power Automate and process automation.
• Development in C# and custom feature development for D365 CE.

Contract: Until end of December 2026, with potential 12-month extension

Location: Melbourne CBD - Hybrid, 2 days in office

We are looking for a D365 Customer Engagement Developer to support and enhance a Microsoft

Dynamics 365 CE environment, with a strong focus on integration, automation and development.

The role will involve building integrations between Canvas LMS and D365 CE, using Power Automate, APIs and webhooks, as well as developing and supporting existing D365 solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (sales module) development and customisation
• D365 CE integration experience, particularly APIs and webhooks
• Power Automate and process automation
• C# development and custom feature development
• D365 CE configuration and out-of-the-box development
• Supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing existing D365 components
• Power BI reporting
• Solution architecture and application support
• Microsoft Fabric, Data and Spark SQL desirable
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra, Teams, Exchange and Microsoft 365 Admin Centres desirable
• Experience within membership, training or education environments would be advantageous

This role would suit a hands-on D365 CE Developer with strong development, integration and automation experience.
