Job summary
Randstad Pty is seeking a D365 Developer/Administrator in Melbourne to design, develop, and deliver high-impact digital solutions and marketing capabilities. You will drive hands-on D365 development, build Power Platform solutions, and collaborate with marketing and business teams to achieve strategic digital goals.
You will work with stakeholders and vendors to deliver platform enhancements while ensuring governance and smooth deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production.
Qualifications
- Hands-on D365 development within Dynamics 365 CRM and customer journey environments.
- Power Apps & Power Platform experience.
- SharePoint Online exposure and M365 collaboration tools.
- Vendor engagement with third-party technology partners.
- Knowledge of cloud-based integrations, web CMS platforms, and deployment processes across Dev/UAT/Production.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on D365 development and enhancements across Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights/Journeys.
- Lead vendor engagement with external partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, guiding internal teams with technical support and strategic application guidance.
- Oversee governance, coordinating Wave updates, testing, and deployments across environments.
