Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement Developer to join a project focused on enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment with a strong emphasis on development, integration and automation.

The role involves building integrations between Canvas LMS and D365 CE, using Power Automate, APIs and webhooks, as well as developing, supporting and enhancing existing D365 solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on D365 CE development and customization experience.

Location: Melbourne CBD | Hybrid – 2 days per week in office

We are looking for an experienced D365 Customer Engagement Developer to join a project focused on enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment, with a strong focus on development, integration and automation.

The role will involve building integrations between Canvas LMS and D365 CE, using Power Automate, APIs and webhooks, as well as developing, supporting and enhancing existing D365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Build and maintain integrations between Canvas LMS and D365 CE
• Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks and Power Automate
• Develop custom functionality using C#
• Configure and develop using D365 CE out-of-the-box capabilities
• Automate business processes and workflows
• Support, troubleshoot and enhance existing D365 components
• Resolve application incidents and service requests
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports
• Contribute to solution architecture and application support

Key Skills & Experience
