Zusammenfassung

Horizon3.ai is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join our Australia-based team. You will drive outbound outreach, follow up on inbound leads, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to expand our customer base across APAC and beyond.

You'll engage prospects using email, phone and social channels, qualify opportunities, and hand off to the right salesperson for closing. A background in cybersecurity or SaaS helps, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of experience in a Sales Development role.
• 6+ months of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS space.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with Outreach.io, ZoomInfo and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Additional language skills welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities via outbound cold calls and emails.
• Follow up promptly with inbound leads to capture opportunities.
• Create a strong first impression and attract customers with scripts.
• Coordinate with assigned reps to identify opportunities; manage handoffs.
• Schedule and calendar sales calls, emails and engagements.
• Track leads and execute with agility; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to improving the overall sales development process.
• Stay updated with product information to answer customer questions.
