Job summary

VML AUNZ in Australia is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead CX and digital projects, including content and CRM platform implementations, digital transformation and ongoing support. You will coordinate designers, developers, business analysts and technology partners, and manage plans, budgets and risks to keep projects on track.

You'll maintain strong stakeholder relationships, communicate progress and issues, and drive solutions in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Project management experience within a creative, digital or technology agency.
• Experience delivering digital, CX, website or platform implementation projects.
• Strong skills across project planning, budgeting, resource management and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM or marketing technology platforms.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CX and digital projects, including content and CRM platform implementation, digital transformation and support and maintenance.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, resources and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate designers, developers, business analysts and technology partners.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicating progress, risks and issues proactively.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, taking ownership and driving solutions forward.
• Support content management, CRM and marketing technology projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and delivery standards.
• Contribute to new project opportunities and support the onboarding of new work.
