Job summary

Tryzens is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream digital CX transformation for a major Australian retail group. This role involves orchestration across onshore/offshore teams, multiple vendors and a hybrid delivery approach.

You will lead planning, governance, budget and ROI while coaching PMO colleagues and maintaining strong client relationships. The 12-month fixed-term contract may extend.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in programme/project management with end-to-end ownership of large-scale, multi-workstream transformations.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise programmes on modern commerce/CX platforms with complex integrations.
• Strong governance discipline and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme plan across all workstreams with milestones and interdependencies.
• Orchestrate parallel workstreams and manage release, environment, and go-live planning.
• Manage programme budget, forecast, revenue recognition and milestone-based invoicing.
• Provide governance, risk, and assurance through boards, RAID and stage reviews.
• Lead and coach PMO and delivery leads across onshore/offshore pods, forecasting capacity.
